Hey I’m Kassandra!👋

For those of you who are new here, I wear a few “fancy” titles: Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, and Online Business Manager for service based businesses. What that actually means? I help you find your voice online, take care of the backend chaos by setting up systems, flows and managing teams, and market your magic to the masses without selling your soul to the algorithm 😌

I’ve been in business for a long time, and I’ve been public speaking for almost 20 years, which explains why a mic, a stage, or a camera has never really scared me. My passion has always been helping business owners feel confident being seen, heard, and paid online. When your voice clicks, scaling stops feeling heavy and starts feeling exciting.😍

Before all of this, my very first business was a photography company that I owned for 7 years. I did my undergrad in Psychology, have a Diploma in Business Marketing and a Certificate in Digital Marketing and Business Management.

I know it is only October, but trust me now is the time to be thinking about your holiday marketing plan. If you’re planning your marketing one month at a time, you’re probably making it harder than it needs to be.

Every month becomes the same scramble:

🤪What are we posting?
🫠What are we promoting?
💰Do we have anything launching?
Wait… what did we do last month? 😂

Marketing gets SO much easier when you zoom out.

A year-long marketing plan doesn’t mean deciding what Instagram caption you’re posting on March 17th. (That would make me crazyyyy)

It means looking at the entire rhythm of your business and asking:

✨ What are our biggest revenue-generating seasons?
✨ What are we launching or selling throughout the year?
✨ What events, holidays or industry moments matter to our audience?
✨ When do we need to focus on visibility?
✨ When do we need to nurture and build trust?
✨ When should we be selling?
✨ What do we need to start talking about BEFORE we need people to buy?

Good marketing rarely starts the month you want the sale.

If you want to sell something in October, your audience might need to start hearing about the problem in July.

They might need education in August.

Proof and stories in September.

And THEN the offer in October.

That’s the difference between creating marketing every month and building a marketing ecosystem for the year.

When you can see the whole year, your emails support your social media. Your content supports your launches. Your events support your offers. Your visibility efforts actually lead somewhere.

You stop throwing spaghetti at Instagram and hoping one noodle becomes a client. 😂 (I won’t lie, AI helped me make that traditional saying, funny!)

Your marketing starts compounding. Plan the year. Adjust the months. Execute the weeks.

That’s how you create a strategy that can actually grow with your business.
