First night in the cage with 2029 1b/C @annawest2029 she has been swinging with out a stride for the last year and a half and I wanted to start night one but allowing her to find a rhythm again with her stride. It took some time but I respected her working through some frustration to find something that worked. Every kid moves different but finding moments that feel effortless and strong is always the goal and you can hear Anna say it feels like a 2, we used 0-5 as our scale with 5 being rigid stiff and 0 would be the ball she crushed and didn’t even feel the swing. Progression night one and more to come! Nice work Anna! 🤝💪🏼 #letsbarrelup #hittingcoach #lovewhatyoudo #hittinggoals #progressionnotperfection by @lets_barrel_up

My girl Pheebs!! This 11 year has won me over the last month! From her love of the game to her attention to detail to just being a kid who loves to smile!! We have been making some changes to her swing and stance and she has bought in! Still working on not stepping out and staying through the ball but it’s about progression not perfection at this age! Love the good and the bad is what we say in lessons! Then had some fun with the tunnel drill and working low rising line drives and she crushed the last two swings! Great work Phoebe!! 🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼 #letsbarrelup #hittingcoach #lovewhatyoudo #shegotnext by @lets_barrel_up

“She feelin it!!” “Hitters hit” That’s exactly what my Girl Remi has been up to this high school season!! Having some fun and balling out this kid been doing her thing! 7 games in she has 8 homeruns and 20 RBIs while batting just shy of .700.
She has had her struggles in games and trusted adjustments and her mental approach and it’s paying off! You can work mechanics and tee work all you want in my opinion but it the hitters that trust their work and focus on the mind game that win the battles! It’s a 1-1 battle you gotta wannabe the best in the box and this kid gets it!! We playing Chess not checkers!! 🫡🤝 great work Remi I 👀 you!! #boom #barrelup #byeball #dinger #homerun #linedrive #mindsetmatters #crusheverything #bestinthebox #hitting #hittingpost #girlswhorake #hittinggoals #hittingdingers #hittingcoach #lovewhatyoudo #LFG by @lets_barrel_up

2030 Ella F. Welcome to the Fam!! This is Ella 2nd session where our focus has been sequencing and fixing the “racing elbow”. El has the work ethic and drive you look for in young hitters and I’m excited to help her out and see where her journey goes. #boom #welcometothefam #hardwork #dedication #barrelup #letsbarrelup #hitting #hittingpost #girlswhorake #linedrive #laser #hittinggoals #hittingcoach #hittingsession #hittingdrills #LFG #lovewhatyoudo by @lets_barrel_up
