Brews & Witches Paint & Sip 🧙‍♀️🪄 @wyncatcher hosted a Halloween edition of their monthly paint & sip and we had such a great time with the team plus fellow members - painting, sipping, conversing, and being spooky! 👻 __ #halloween #paintandsip #miamicommunity #cowork #socialmediaagency by @letsbefriendsmedia
Content days with @charlys_us 🌴😎 Their new location in Hollywood is gorgggg! Oceanfront view, on the boulevard. What a vibe. We loved being inspired by the vibrant day and working with the team to create content for their social media account. __ #socialmediaagency #contentcreation #socialmediamarketing #socialmediastrategy #restaurant by @letsbefriendsmedia
An event might end but the content keeps it going ✨ For @cloudbeds Ambition Miami, we captured the energy of the event through social-first iPhone content, interviews, trending video moments, recaps, and professional event photography. The result? A library of versatile assets that attendees, sponsors, and the Cloudbeds team could share across their own platforms, including @linkedin, keeping the conversation going long after the event wrapped. Great event coverage isn’t just about documenting what happened! It’s also about maximizing every moment, creating opportunities for visibility, and giving your event a longer life online. Planning an upcoming event? Consider having a social-first video content creator on-site alongside professional photography to capture the moments, tell the story, and keep the buzz going 🎞️ __ #eventmarketing #digitalmarketing #contentcreator #eventphotography #socialmediaagency media by @letsbefriendsmedia
Event content creation for @cloudbeds at @eastmia ⚡️ Their goal was to receive instant, high-quality content of the day. To be able to share it with their attendees and panelists through a shareable gallery and we did just that! We delivered over 200 professional photos that have been shared across various profiles along with a variety of short-form videos that were not only to recap the day but also, that were trend-worthy for the team; maintaining the buzz of Ambition Miami! Visibility, conversations, and engagement!! We didn’t take much behind-the-scenes because we were PRESENT! Capturing interviews, b-roll, candid moments, and following the day’s agenda. Thankful for opportunities like these - we definitely had a blast with this team. Last week, we attended Paint & Sip at @wyncatcher 🎨Another beautiful evening with our friends at Wyncatcher and the perfect way to unwind, get creative, and disconnect for a bit. We focused, we conversed, and we left with a new art piece 🤍 __ #socialmediaagency #contentcreation #eventcoverage #contentcreator #cowork by @letsbefriendsmedia
@charlys_us is at @fiuinstagram 🤩 We had a great time shooting content for their new location at FIU and capturing some of the students enjoying coffee, matcha, and churros! For this session, we will deliver 10 short format videos with a focus on beverages and a few of the menu items as well as, 10-12 professional shots for cover reels or promotional material. If you’re on campus, make sure to pass by! __ #socialmediaagency #contentcreation #socialmediamanagement #socialmediamarketing #hospitality by @letsbefriendsmedia
Joining the @wyncatcher community was an easy yes 🤍 We love building real, long-lasting connections! LBF attended an intentional event, Cre8tors at @wyncatcher hosted by @thisisaddictive. We met creatives from every corner of the industry, all in one room, all bringing something different to the table. Art talk, AI talk, business talk, big dreams talk; all of THAT! Grateful for spaces like this. More to come 🌱 __ #socialmediaagency #socialmediamarketing #event #creativecommunity #creativeminds by @letsbefriendsmedia
Yes! Every single time 🎞️ Before we ever show up, we put together a full shot list that breaks down: 📋 Concepts we’re planning to capture 🎥 The type of content to expect (and in what format like reels, stills, B-roll, etc.) 🎯 The target audience we’re speaking to with each piece of content 📝 Scripts if necessary We send this over to the client in advance so there are zero surprises and then we go over it again on the day of the shoot. That way everyone (client + team) is aligned on the creative direction before we hit record. Bonus: we also show up fully loaded with cameras, mics, tripods, lights, the whole kit 🎬 Prep isn’t the fun part people see, but it’s the reason the fun part goes well AND we are passionate about it! Twice a month we head to @gritmiami for our content days, and every single time is a blast. We love this incredible, willing, and gritty community!! 🤩 This was day three of our back-to-back-to-back shoot week, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap it up. Silly skits, motivational moments, member testimonials, and a fresh batch of photos for their feed and graphics - we covered it all 📸 __ #socialmediaagency #socialmediamanagement #socialmediamarketing #contentcreation #behindthescenes by @letsbefriendsmedia
