Our very own brick & mortar kitchen—licensed, official, and all ours.💛🧀

This little dream of mine just got very real.
I could cry. I could scream. I could pop a bottle. (I did all three.)😂

None of this would’ve been possible without all of YOU. 🫶🏼

Now let me tell you the whole story…

✨ Story Time✨

As i am driving out of town with my family to spend New Years eve with our Familia in Georgia, i receive a notification for a DISPUTE on a transaction.

I immediately jumped & opened up my phone.

This was for a customer who booked with us for 01/26/25. This was AFTER i spoke with her after she told me of her cancellation. I took the time to easer her mind & let her know that we can hold credit for whenever she is ready (a protocol we have had in place since DAY ONE! And many customers have had to cancel & we hold that promise. )

We have held PAID IN FULL grazing table credits for a WHOLE YEAR & honored it when customer came calling!

According to said customer our cancellation policy was not disclosed (its listed on our Grazing Table price sheet & all over our website) and trying to order her future platter was a hassle. When it was not. Because if you KNOW me & have worked with me in the past i am 95% “immediate response” from me when you place an inquiry or send me a message.

All of this to say- there was absolutely NO NEED to place a dispute. We run a business with standards & ethics just like any other big cooperations.

I am NOT loosing sleep on a $100 deposit. I sent it back to her.
it did bother me of how she went about the whole thing as if i am a thief to go behind my back.

Rules & Policies of any business should be obliged & respected. Especially on small businesses when we are usually run by one person.

All of this to say- we will leave this REEL here for all future inquiries.

For all my customers who have had to cancel / postponed & understood & respected our cancellation policy & we have accommodated the new dates/orders. We LOVE you 🧀❤️

Thank you all for coming to my Ted Talk!

GRAZING TABLE SAGA | PT. 2 🧀✨

Upon arrival, we’re greeted by our hosts, who graciously welcome us into their homes and show us where the magic will unfold , our blank canvas. 🎨

Usually, the house is buzzing with last-minute preparations. Someone’s putting the finishing touches on the decor, someone’s getting dressed, and everyone is getting ready for the celebration ahead.

For the most part, it’s just me, my Cheese, and a blank canvas waiting to come to life.

But every now and then, like with this particular setup, I find myself working in a room filled with family. And those moments are extra special. 🥹

I get to overhear the laughter, the storytelling, the playful banter, and the memories being made right there around me.

It’s a sweet little reminder that while I’m there to create a beautiful grazing table, I’m also getting a front-row seat to something even more beautiful…the people, the love, and the moments that make a house a home. 🤍

And THAT is one of my favorite parts of what I do. 🧀✨ by @letscheesejax

POV: You’re a mom AND a small business owner… so naturally, you live about 6 different lives before 11am. 😂🧀💻

School drop-off ✔️
ADHD appointment ✔️
IEP meeting ✔️
Then straight to the commissary kitchen because we have a business to run too. 🤪

Prepping, slicing, building beautiful boards, cleaning up… and just when you think the workday is over—plot twist: it’s admin time. 💻

Answering inquiries. Booking catering. Planning the next event.

Somewhere between being Mom, chauffeur, advocate, owner, curator, caterer & admin… we’re building this little dream one very chaotic day at a time. 🥹🫶🏼

This is what small business ownership looks like around here.

A little chaos. A lot of cheese. And a whole lot of love. 🧀✨
