The brief? Beach themed.

We imagined the South of France.

The kind of beach club where every detail feels considered and every guest feels completely immersed in the experience.

So we built a dessert experience that belonged in that world.

From the presentation of our desserts, to the styling of the bar, the custom details, the uniforms, the branding, and the 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 we brought to every interaction - everything was designed to feel like it belonged.

We weren’t there just to serve dessert.

𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

Because anyone can serve dessert.

The experience never missed a beat.

From a personalized dessert bar during the reception to roaming experiences woven effortlessly into the after-party.

Because the best hospitality doesn’t ask to be noticed.

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭.

A dessert experience as vibrant as the celebration itself.

Signature Poptails created exclusively for the night.
Branded mini pancakes and ice cream. Petite ice cream cones, simply too good to pass up. Roaming mini donuts, keeping the sweet moments moving. And bespoke lollipops with a lot of personality - because a Dirty 30 deserves its own soundtrack.

Wednesday night.

The sun had gone down, but the room still felt like sunset.

Soft lightening. Warm tones. Personalized details. Everything considered.

This was 𝐕𝐘𝐎 𝟒𝟎 — a 40th birthday designed around the beauty of the golden hour, beautifully planned by @tessallureevents.

For us, it was about making the dessert experience feel like it belonged to 𝐡𝐞𝐫. Personalized details, signature desserts, and the debut of our Cheesecake Cart — all created to complement the celebration, not simply sit on a table.

Mrs. Yetunde danced the night away. The guests indulged. And somewhere between the dancing, the desserts and all those little details, the celebration came together exactly as it was meant to.

𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚. 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲.

What an honor to be part of celebrations this beautiful, this intentional, and this thoughtfully produced.

For the after-party, they wanted something sweet, light, and still a little unexpected: 𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐭 (it’s the name & description).

Once positioned as a “healthy alternative,” we eventually took it off the menu when it simply wasn’t getting the attention we hoped for. Perhaps it simply wasn’t its time.

But now we know: it was never meant to be an alternative.

It’s simply too good for that.

It just needed the right moment and Casa Rosa was that moment. Guests kept coming back and requesting for more, 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭.
