LAKE ARRAGAN/ RED CLIFF CAMPGROUND ⛺️
Ok so I’m going to start with, one of our followers suggested we visit here and as much as I try I can’t remember who? So if it was you drop a comment below ⬇️

Ok secondly we are so glad we came even though the weather wasn’t looking great, we stuck it out and got some good days and some very wet days butttttt we still got out and explored.

We stayed on site 37 and for the last few weeks i have been calling to see if any other sites beach front cancelled but with no luck we stuck with our site 😂 funny thing is we think it was the best site and wouldn’t book the beachfront ones if we were to go again we would book the same site we were on!

This campground is a national park
🦘 No dogs are allowed
💦 potable water is available as you drive in
🚮 Bins are available
🚽 Long drops available
🔥 each campsite has a firepit
💰 $24 a night + $8 National park fee for the entire stay
🏠 Brooms head only 10 minutes away
🏠 Yamba only 30 minutes away
🦘 Kangaroos everywhere at all times

So yeah we loved this camp and will be back soon definitely 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Our 15 Day Travel Costs!!

I’m actually pretty happy with how much it all came to and that’s with it being a very comfortable holiday.

We didn’t do too much shopping as I just don’t do that while travelling anymore but we didn’t get a few things.

I have been wanting to try these for ages since I seen it doing the rounds on socials!

Then I seen that Costco got them in Australia, so a phone call to the sister in law who shops at Costco and two bags of Brie later I can finally say they taste as delicious as they look!

And the perfect spot to cook them over the campfire @hipcampau 📍 Duck Creek Camping ⛺️

I definitely think they are worth a try 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This year for us has really been about making some simple changes at home — swapping out plastic containers, moving away from cookware we weren’t comfortable with, and being more mindful about the water our family drinks.
So when I came across a portable dual water filtration system that we could take camping, I was pretty excited.

The @evolved.h2o HydroX water filter is lightweight, fits in our Dometic fridge so we can have cold water, charges by USB, and has a simple push-button system that even the little ones can use.

One thing I always seem to forget when packing the van is enough drinking water — there’s just so much to remember! 😅 Now we can leave this in the van, fill it with tap water when we need to, and have filtered water removing Fluoride, PFAS & Chlorine whenever we want!!

It’s one of those little things that’s just made this camping trip a bit easier for us. 🤍

This has been gifted but I can truely say I would buy one if it had not been!

Sharing some of our Vietnam highlights again has got me enjoying the memories all over again!

2 weeks in one of the hottest noisiest places I’ve been in a while has me grateful we are able to travel and show Tully the world!!

😂😂 you gotta laugh right! You have this fantasy in your head of getting up early beautiful weather not too many people but then you realise everyone else had the same idea!!

Top tip we have heard after we visited is to go in the afternoon not morning! Clouds are not as likely and the crowds have all disappeared!

A tip from us if there is cloud, hand around for a little and as you see in the last clip it can clear up pretty quick but it does return pretty quick as well!

We absolutely loved visiting and even though yes it’s touristy if you have kids it’s such a fun day exploring 🤌🏽

We always make the most of a long weekend driving that little bit further, and this time we ended up in the wide Bay Area exploring rainbow beach, Kia Ora and Tin can bay to feed some wild dolphins! 🐬

We are counting down to our next camp in the scenic rim, and I feel it may be our last campfire for the season 🔥
