Almost 10 years ago I tore my ACL and Meniscus on the left knee.
Now Cartilage damage on the right.
GOOD THING MY SPIRIT CANT BE BROKEN 💪🏼
I will continue to walk with GOD during this journey! ✝️

High Expectations with Hoops this Summer but unfortunately that has come to an end… I’m on GODs timeline so I’m not ever gonna question it, I’m just ready for what’s next! Thank you to everyone who’s been with me and it won’t be long till I’m back!

THANK GOD!!! 75 Hard Challenge Completed ✅
Started at 236.2 lbs and finished at 204.8 lbs! The aspect I’m proudest of is the commitment I maintain to finish this challenge. Don’t be afraid to start, I know I’m not the best but I hope this inspires someone to start. Also, this does not mean my fitness journey is over, in fact this is the start of a new lifestyle and now it’s time to translate this discipline into other aspects in life! Thank you for the support, LETS GO💪🏼
