Happy new year a week ago :)

@mincy.aus made a post celebrating the artists us DJs and artists work we use each gig, however the point made was we have lost the communal support and many are blinded by algorithmic appeasal believing the success of others is failure for your current position. However every artist has their place as much as your own and should be celebrated together. It’s through community and equal opportunity/representation that we find each of us rise to the challenge well equipped and not alone.

So here’s some of those artists I wish to celebrate from my past year that played a big part in the shaping of my sound and for keeping music searching fun and unexpected.

TRACKS
1. @coido__ - OH HEY
2. @footclantrax - Simple
3. @ttneana - Rihanna “Friend of Mine” (Remix)
4. @bastiengoat - Nextel
5. @yhetimusic & @toadfacemusic - VERY COOKED
6. @sirhissbristol - Planet V
7. @bsn_posse - I can feel your energy
8. @fetus_music - Flat W
9. @pearsonsound - Cobwebs
10. @nikki__nair - Testify
11. @lektorscopes - Palms Are Sweaty
12. @purapurapurapura - Speakers
13. @kooxla - Arnold Palmer

That’s it! Not to mention if you wish to find any track I’ve played check out my Bandcamp library since every piece of music I play is paid for and can be found on my account “Let’s Jack”.

Much love for the new year and we already have some exciting plans coming with a little time, more on that soon.

Love,

presents: Let’s Jack 🔊 @letsjackk

Let’s Jack is an emerging DJ/Producer with roots in percussion through his past with drumming. Having started his journey within recent years he has supported some incredible acts such as 9x9, OTTA, Sixten, Known Artist, DINA, Yasmin Gardezi, and Sp33ddial.

His love for all things chaotic, bass heavy, and percussive has led him to found local collective @lush.gl0bal , a safe haven for all things bounce, breaks, and sh*t to move too.

With a monthly show on A3K, hosting underground raves, and music releases, he hopes to platform and voice these sacred sounds and talented artists as much as possible. No signs of stopping ahead, be sure to catch this footworkin’ cat or you will miss outtt!! 🤝🏼💯

About last night 😻

A massive thank you to everyone that came and danced! Thank you to my friends for constantly supporting me! And finally a massive thank you to the @nervemelb / @wearenovel team for getting me on the main stage and really letting me do my thing 🥰
This has been the best gig I've ever played and it couldn't be that way without the team working behind me,
So big ups everyone and lets dance again 🫶🕺

GOD BLESS the @synmedia team in particular @synhousemates on 90.7FM 8-10pm THIS Friday!

Grateful for the opportunity to COME BACK and showcase a full 1hr15min mix where it’s not about the destination, but the journey.

Here’s a little teaser of what’s to come ;) Tune in for an acoustic therapy session and interview where we get to dive deeper into my music and myself 🥰

Please show the team some love, and forgive instagrams photo/video compression.
