Michelin 🌟 Food-Jitsu. We had a delicious time celebrating my birthday at Los Danzantes in Oaxaca 🇲🇽. The drink highlight was the molegroni, a mezcal negroni made with mole bitters! The food was all so good, it was so cool to taste so many locally grown ingredients, and learn more about what this stunning region has to offer. My favorite dessert was the tortilla & cafe dessert made with tortilla ice cream, a chip made of corn and sugarcane, and some delicious coffee! #losdanzantes #oaxaca #foodjitsu #travelfoodie #lostcreators by @letsmadventure

So crazy that 20 years later I happen to be in its birthplace, Oaxaca 🇲🇽, on its birthdate!!!
