This month, I’m taking on a challenge that really matters... I’m walking 40km in One Foot Forward throughout October during Mental Health Month to help create better mental health for all. And my challenge starts TODAY! My goal is to raise $550 to help Black Dog Institute put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education and digital services into the hands of the people who need them the most.
