I’m so excited to be hosting my first wellness event in Cork!

If you’re curious about simple ways to support your health and wellbeing, come along for a relaxed and informative evening exploring some incredible Japanese wellness technologies. 🇯🇵💧

We’ll be joined by guest speaker Declan Dore, who has over 15 years of experience in this space, alongside a nutritionist, for an evening of conversation around health, hydration, nutrition and wellness.

There’ll also be time to meet everyone, ask questions and see the technology for yourself.

✨ What a fantastic evening at our Cork Wellness Event! ✨

Last night was all about bringing people together, sharing knowledge and exploring how innovative Japanese technologies can support our health and wellbeing. 💧🌿

What made the evening even more special was that it wasn't just about listening to a talk. Everyone had the opportunity to get hands-on, experience the products for themselves, ask questions and see these incredible technologies in action!

A huge thank you to Declan and Smaranda for sharing their knowledge and passion, and to everyone who took the time to come along and be part of our very first Cork wellness evening.

I'm so grateful for the conversations, the curiosity and the lovely people who made the night what it was.

This is just the beginning! ✨

Indie decided to change my plans this morning and drag me to a coffee shop. Where I'd normally love this I had a business call I needed to be on and she literally wouldn't leave the cafe.

In the end, I enjoyed my coffee and had to carry my 26kg dog down the street to make it back to my car in time for the call. Yes!...people laughed at me 🙈

One emotional school drop-off and suddenly I'm ready to add 'teacher' to my CV. 😂

I started my online business to have more flexibility and spend more time with my kids.

Nobody said anything about me becoming the Department of Education. 💀

7 years on...

Bring me back to Nerja! It seems like only yesterday we got married but here we are with 2 kids (one who started school and seems to rule this house and another who has turned me into the typical "Irish Mammy" 🙈🙈). You are such an incredible father who is the best at getting our kids to bed (cause we know they won't go to sleep for me 😫)

You are such an incredible, supportive and loving husband. And when I told you I was starting this business you were cheering me on every step of the way.

However....let's talk about the motorbike @advmotoirl 🙄
She seems to have won your heart a little bit so ill continue glaring at her 😅

I am sick of thinking we've been Robbed because the kids have a million toys (as you can see) and they pull everything out at once. So im doing a BIG CLEAR out!!! The majority of this will be gone.

But I only have 30 mins to do it before one of them gets home 😬

Poor Indie!! She is such a good dog and all she wants is a walk. My kids are really dictating the speed we get out the door today and every time I've been close to getting out, someone's hungry, wants to play with toys, runs away because they don't want to put on their shoes or....it starts raining!! 😫

We'll get out don't worry even if we are soaked through 😅
