If you know me, you have heard me talk about rockie. It saddens me to make this post, but unfortunately last night we lost him. I miss him so much already. I miss his little barks he'd make in his sleep, his insistence to drink water at 2 am insanely loud, his little howls. He went peacefully after walking around and saying goodbye to everyone in the house, surrounded by everyone he loved. You lived 16 years, and GODDAMN did you fight that way out! You lived through 6 dogs by a long shot, you had a wonderful run. I hope you're resting so peacefully, though you're probably still mad at the world. I love you always my grumpy old man, thank you for giving me the best experience with a pet. Rest happily, my rockstar. by @lettersfromaug_
