Big breath in… arms up to the sky 🙌 Big breath out… give yourself a hug 🤗 Some days mindfulness looks like sitting still. Some days it looks like a room full of kids reaching, laughing, and hugging themselves, with their teacher dressed as an owl 🦉 Breathing slowly and moving with the breath helps little nervous systems (and big ones) feel safe, calm, and ready to learn. The kids don’t need the science. They just feel the difference. Grateful to be supporting mindfulness in the classroom with @worthybeyondpurpose 💛 #breathwork #mindfulnessforkids #kidsyoga #breathwork mindfulness by @letthebreathwork
Sitting in meditation before daybreak this morning in the Hollywood Hills. I opened my eyes and to my amazement I see an owl. Five feet away. Utterly still. Utterly present. . Om Shrim Maha Lakshmiyei Svaha I began to chant in silence (Japa mantra). The veil between witness and witnessed grew thin. And then — a second gift. A shooting star painted the sky, traveling north to south, passing like a blessing directly over the owl’s shoulder. the divine moment washed in feathers and starlight. Each morning a prayer. A string of highly unlikely coincidences equals one direct message. The mantra “Om Shrim Maha Lakshmiyei Svaha” is a sacred Hindu invocation dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the deity of wealth, fortune, and abundance. Chanting it is believed to clear financial obstacles, invite prosperity, and align the mind with positive energy #Lakshmi #MantraChanting #SpiritualExperience #AuspiciousSign #BreathworkFacilitator by @letthebreathwork
Kindergartners know something we forget as adults: breathing can be playful. 🌬️ Little fingers rising on the inhale, floating down on the exhale, 25 little bodies breathing into presence and slowing down together. When a five-year-old learns they can calm their own body with a few slow breaths, they carry that for life. Through big feelings, hard days, and everything ahead. Such a gift to share this practice, and an even bigger gift to receive their presence back. 🙏 Grateful to @worthybeyondpurpose for bringing mindfulness into LA classrooms. #mindfulkids #breathwork #kidsmindfulness #mindfulnessinschools #kindergarten by @letthebreathwork

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially joined the Worthy Beyond Purpose team as a mindfulness facilitator! 🌱 I just completed their Level 1 and Level 2 trainings, and in the coming weeks I’ll be stepping into classrooms to share mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork with elementary school kids here in Los Angeles. WBP’s mission is simple and powerful: every child deserves the tools to thrive. Their weekly program helps students build a mindfulness toolkit they can carry with them for life, and the results speak for themselves, with real, measurable drops in school conflict and kids learning to feel their emotions before reacting. A huge thank you to Connie for trusting me with this work, and to the whole team for welcoming me and helping me get up to speed so quickly. 🙏 Also a huge shout out to mentor and dear friend @daveg_limitless for recognizing this potential in me, and guiding me into this work !!!! I’m truly looking forward to this incredible opportunity to make an impact on young people. Imagine learning how to take your first conscious breath at seven years old. That’s the gift. Soften Your Gaze, Calm Your Nervous System Try this right now: Extend your hands out to the edges of your peripheral vision — arms wide or at whatever angle feels natural. Now, instead of focusing on what’s directly in front of you, let your vision soften and broaden. Focus outward on both of your hands at once, taking in the full peripheral landscape around them. Notice what happens. Your eyes relax. Your shoulders drop. Your breath deepens. This is soft gaze — and it’s one of the fastest ways to shift into your parasympathetic nervous system. When your vision widens like this, your body recognizes safety. The narrow, laser-focused gaze signals threat and vigilance; the soft, panoramic gaze signals ease. Use this whenever you need to land back in calm. Before a meeting. After stress. Anytime your system feels tight. #nervoussystemregulation #vagusnerve #panoramicvision #somatichealing #breathwork by @letthebreathwork
