I’ve had a bit of a set back - I expected more from my postpartum body than it was ready for. Crashed face first.

NOW almost 8 months postpartum, my body is actually responding like before after exercising and I’m rebuilding myself one week at a time.

Good job other mommas out there.. It’s hard work and your body really does need time. And even different amounts for every pregnancy.

Completed the first bracket of the challenge.
30 days later I’m down almost 5kg.
I am now a little over 3 months postpartum.

Not a huge visual difference yet, but I can feel it.
First photo was day 1. I don’t recognise my body postpartum. Its rough some days, but eternally grateful for my son.

Super proud of myself for staying committed for 30 days.
Soon we keep going for another 30💪

I also made second place 🥈 in the challenge.

Still time to join for anyone who wants to be there when we start the next round, focusing on confidence building this time.

Down another kg this Monday! Still eating well. Do feel like I under ate a little bit though and will see to that this week.

First two weeks after giving birth I lost 14kg. Then it stopped and I kept eating crap because deep down I was disappointed more didn’t just come off. For 8 weeks.
Joined the core club challenge 12/1 weighing in at 100,4kg.

Have since then been part of such a beautiful community of like-minded people, all of us working towards different goals. The support and encouragement is so powerful.
I’m eating lots of food, moving so much more and feel strong again.
4 days in I’m at 99,4. 3 days later I’m at 98,2kg.

I’m so proud of my commitment and it’s paying off to not under-fuel and keep at it. Couldn’t be more grateful for the core community keeping me stay accountable with incredible amount of support❤️

I am on a ROLL and I am excited to keep this going for much much longer than 30 days.

Thanks @danorans and everyone else included for making this possible and the massive amount of support🙏

I was so afraid I’d lose my motivation and stop exercising when I became pregnant. I’m grateful that wasn’t the case!
Although some days I just sleep. Have had to make adjustments and listen to my body but I’m hanging in there🥹

Looking forward to bringing the little one to the gym 🫶
