when we started levaïa, we had no idea just how much we were about to learn. 🤍 what started as an idea between two sisters, a shared love for pilates and a dream of creating something of our own has turned into so much more than we ever imagined. we’ve learnt that building a business is so much more than creating beautiful products. it’s late nights, endless emails, making mistakes, solving problems and constantly figuring things out as we go. we’ve learnt that not everything goes to plan, that growth isn’t always linear and that some of the biggest lessons come from the things that don’t work out. we’ve learnt to celebrate the little wins, trust the process and keep showing up, even when the results aren’t immediate. from packing our very first orders to seeing levaïa stocked in stores, selling out multiple times and working with incredible studios across australia, there have been so many moments where we’ve stopped and thought, ‘we actually did this.’ but the truth is, we’re still learning every single day. still making mistakes, still dreaming up new ideas and still working towards the vision we had when we first started. if there’s one thing this journey has taught us, it’s that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. you just need to start. we’re so proud of how far levaïa has come, but even more excited for what’s ahead. #levaia #pilates #levaialoops #levaiacommunity #startyourbusiness by @levaia.au
the faces behind levaïa 🤍 for the past year, levaïa has been a faceless brand. we’ve shared the products, the launches, the milestones and everything we’ve been building - but never really shared the two people behind it. so, hi. we’re Hope & Phoenix, two sisters from Sydney and the founders of levaïa. a little over a year ago, we were frustrated looking for products that didn’t align with us, so we made them ourselves. this is how levaïa was born. just three months after launching, we caught the attention of Stylerunner and saw levaïa land on shelves across Australia. since then, our little brand has grown into something we could never have imagined in that first year - stocked by studios, gyms and retailers nationwide, collaborating with incredible people and brands, expanding our collection, and most recently being approached by SWEAT to include our products as part of their 2026 Pilates program. but behind all of those milestones, levaïa has always meant something much more personal to us. the name was inspired by the Spanish word “levar”, meaning to lift, while “vaïa” is a nod to our Spanish family name, Valledor. and somehow, this name that began as something between the two of us is now printed on products sitting in homes and Pilates studios around Australia. that will never stop feeling special. to every person who has purchased from us, followed along, shared a post, stocked levaïa, worn our products, recommended us to a friend or supported us quietly from the beginning - thank you. you’ve helped turn an idea into something real. we’ve kept ourselves behind the brand for long enough, and we’re so excited to finally introduce ourselves. this is levaïa, behind the brand. we can’t wait to share everything we have planned with you all 🤍 we’re only just getting started. - Hope & Phoenix 🫶🏽 by @levaia.au
