These are the only photos I have from the first @puffcon_la in 2022! I remember finding out about it last minute and decided the day before to make a proxy dragon to carry on me 😆 I made new friends that day and knew it would keep getting better, love to see the progression 💕 I’ll be on stage all weekend. Howdy I’ve been dealing with a lot of uncertainty so i’m wanting to share how I reframe some of my negative thought patterns that develop into fears and often times avoidance. It usually starts with an anxiety like this:

• I can’t add anything new to my life or give up anything old because I’m afraid of there being an unbalance between the two

• If I stop what I’ve been doing for so long i will have wasted so much time and will have no value

• I’m letting myself down because I’m not performing like I have before and im scared that people will forget about me

• I am stuck here and it’s scary to think how things can be different and unfamiliar

• When given such open opportunity, I am terrified of making the wrong decision, so it feels easier to be afraid of what i want than to confront and part of it by @levelheady
