Calling all CREATIVES in Toronto!

I’ve been selected to speak at DesignTO’s Members 4 Members 2026 this Tuesday, September 22.

It’s a PechaKucha-style night: 20 slides, 20 seconds each. I’m sharing a personal reflection on my intuition as a designer, and how it evolved into our multidisciplinary design practice at Level Studio.

I’ll be sharing the floor with Travis Erickson, Rob Fiorino, and Anbu Raj. Four designers bringing their work, ideas, and perspectives to Toronto’s design community. Q&A after, then we all hang out and connect!

Merchants’ Wharf, a downtown Toronto waterfront pied-a-terre designed as a family vacation home.

We refaced the kitchen in light sandy ash and soft pewter, framing Lake Ontario, the Toronto Islands and Billy Bishop Airport.

The primary bedroom features a custom sage green upholstered headboard and subtle cream textured wallpaper.

The living area highlights a sage green curved sofa, two white dove swivel chairs, and a walkout to the waterfront balcony.

A quartz island with a subtle vein, gold accents, and Sicilian-inspired warmth completes this 3 in 1 great room.

Curved furniture against straight window lines. The eye follows what breaks the pattern, straight to the view.

Most couples buy a vacation home to escape the city. Our clients bought one to come back to it. Welcome to Merchants’ Wharf, a pied-à-terre where the water’s edge sits right at their window.

No towers, no obstructions, just them and Lake Ontario.

Next-generation materials require next-generation fabricators.

One year ago, Fabbrica Unique partnered with Level Studio to build the Canadian launch of the Caesarstone ICON™ collection.

Its crystalline silica-free, advanced composition required more than craftsmanship: it demanded technical expertise, adaptive processes, and specialized fabrication techniques.

Today, the collection has earned six international design awards, and we’re proud to have engineered its execution.

This one means a lot to us. 🧡

The Roncesvalles Loft, a home we poured ourselves into, is a winner of Canadian Interiors’ 29th Best of Canada Design Awards and featured in their July/August issue.

A 1903 candy factory reimagined with its heritage brick and 18-foot ceilings preserved, plus room for a lifetime of travel treasures. Proud isn’t a big enough word.

This is a love letter for our Roncesvalles loft project. 💌 Let’s take you on a tour! 👀

This home was created for two people who have been together for 26 years. ✨

The space is a collection of the people and places they’ve gathered along the way

From the puffin 🐧 salt & pepper shakers to the 🐊 alligator tongs…

to the mermaid 🧜 wine holder from St. Pete’s.

We designed a custom shelving / media unit to display 26 years of memories from the cities they’ve travelled together. 🗺️📍

Even an Edmonton buffalo 🦬 reminds them of where they came from.

Music 🎵 is what bonds them. Her husband was a DJ once upon a time. 🎧

And a beautiful La Catrina figurine reminds them of their anniversary on Nov 1st 💀

A love letter isn’t written in words. It’s built in the objects you keep. Welcome to our Roncesvalles loft project

Day 2 at Salone del Mobile and we made sure we covered everything we missed on Day 1. Kitchen, bath, millwork, and more furniture.

The deeper we went, the more inspired we got. What stood out most was how far ahead European designers are thinking. Homes that are more functional, more considered, more beautiful without trying too hard. New products, new directions, and a lot of ideas we are genuinely excited to bring back to our projects.

It’s our first time at Milano Design Week (Salone del Mobile) and Day 1 already exceeded everything we expected. We spent the day absorbing new furniture, colour direction, and material choices that will shape interiors over the next few years. Tone on tone everywhere and a mix of materials layered with real intention.

We have always strived to design curated, unique, functional and colourfully considered interiors in our own work and we felt the same in many exhibits we walked into here.

On Day 2 we explore kitchen, bath, millwork, and of course more furniture.
