Don't panic ..we recovering tomorrow. Yes I know I could substitute box jumps with step ups. Yes I know the spirits could be cut down to short burst (10-20yds) Yes I know this isn't the traditional/scientific way to training during the season.
And this is where the "personal" in personal trainer plays it's part. Jordyn is a extremely athletic player. I don't know any player in this state who starts at both Defensive End and Offensive Tackle that can move like this and yes he's a Junior.
We really just tapping in. Today's session was safe and well though out. Watch how we reset these muscles . Pt 2 coming soon.
