THISability: Let's Create Together continues at @positiveexposure gallery.

@levelthecurve and @diversity_includes_disability founders of the series invite artists with disabilities and their allies to come together the 4th Monday of every month for this hybrid sessions to explore, create and support each other together.

Save the date for October 26th from 6-8pm and bring whatever art you're working or make something new online or in person with us. Free to attend but of course donations are always welcome! Scan the QR code to learn more, register or donate!

Like Jay Z . I gotta make this song cry👇🏾.

But tears of joy. He was my hero.
My mentor. My uncle was so awesome

He invented things before his time to keep his independence.
He inspired youth with his coaching in sports to show them they can make it as a disabled basketball player.

1 in 4 people in the United States has disability of some.form
His disability was visible. A few of mine are invisible and still we move.He became paraplegic. I have Dysgraphia ( so.yeah those typos in my post you see below I fix them like in the opening text are not an accident..that is how I see things unfiltered ...a.story for another day.

Just keep your head to.the sky.
We sang this song together. Messed the high note part up on purpose for a laugh.

This post, this piece , his story is personal. He inspired me
I hope his story inspires others. "Head to The Sky".s FULL proceeds will go to @ltcfoundationcorp fundraiser.

If my Wally were alive today he would have loved to see the advancements in adaptive technology that @levelthecurve
