Shout out to ATP squash Athlete Paul Coll (world ranking #5) who's been absolutely phenomenal at keeping up with fine tuning his body throughout this pandemic!

Paul, AKA Superman, is considered by most of the squash world to be the fittest athlete to ever step in a squash court. Although genetics may play a role here, his athleticism comes from his ability to continously challenge his body's tolerance to high intensity/impact stress from a sport like squash!

If superman 🦸‍♂️ seeks help! Why don't you!?

Lyell is a pro squash player thats been struggling with Left anterior hip and low back pain. His movement assessment revealed major trunk stability and motor control dysfunctions along with Bilateral hip mobility dysfunctions. After performing Hip CARs, rear foot elevated split squats, and birddog rows (prescribed therapeutic exercises to address dysfunctions found), Lyell was able to leave pain free. We will continue to address and challenge his dysfunctions in effort to maintain him pain free and playing at the top level.

ATP athlete Niamh Dougherty grinding! Niamh has been struggling with elbow pain when throwing hard for extended periods of time. After analyzing her movement patterns using the SFMA, we identified major stability motor control dysfunctions in her hips, shoulders, and spine. Challenging her stability in sport specific positions like the exercises demonstrated in the videos (when done properly) will engrave proper movement mechanics and increase her stability, strength, and efficient force transfer when throwing!
