✨Let me reintroduce myself… my name is Lis. L to the I-S 🌞

Happy April Y’all! With spring in full motion in CT I thought now would be a great time to refresh and come out of hibernation. Some of my original peeps know me as Loans by Lis ❤️ which I still am for my lending clients but I decided to rebrand myself to Level Up Lis! I have so much I want to share with all of you and how you can level up your own life! If you know me you know I’m pretty low key on social media since I like to protect my clients privacy and I’m busy working most of the time! If I’m not working I am spending time with my family. I have 2 of the most amazing children Leovanni and Lianna. 💙💜
So what do I do?

- I am a CT based loan officer but hold licenses in NY, FL and can facilitate in other states as well. I do all kinds of financing from conventional, VA, FHA but I also specialize in NONQM, ITIN, and Investor loans. Your girl even does some commercial lending for a private list of client's, if you have interest in becoming one of my clients feel free to DM!
- I am not your typical loan officer. I am a millennial, Spanish-speaking, female. There are very few of us out here doing this job. But I’m proud because representation matters and I feel that I can show the world that not all lenders wear a suit and tie and sit in a bank💵
- I consider myself a creative not only as a loan officer but in many aspects of my life. I am also a clown 🤡 since I’m always being silly 😜 but when it comes down to business I mean business 👩‍💼 and I come prepared!
- As a hobby I operate an event styling business - BOOKAY - and specialize in custom signage and backdrops. I love to take a clients vision and bring it to life 💖

So yea that’s pretty much me! My goal this year was to be unapologetically me and show the world 🌎 more of who I am as I continue to grow 💐

I’ll give myself some grace I was postpartum 3 months with my second baby ….but I’ll be honest I didn’t move my body how I should have for years! I weighed around 185 pounds when I started to make fitness part of my lifestyle. I now weigh 140 pounds and I am 5’7”. Losing weight is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life.

I get told often how fit I look and I always tell them I didn’t always look this way and it didn’t just come naturally to me. Anybody can do what I did. Prioritizing my physical health has changed my life and given me confidence and mobility I hadn’t seen probably ever 🤣

This isn’t a fitness page but it’s a page about me trying to be as real as possible as I continue to figure life out 🤷🏽‍♀️ hopefully this video gives someone else motivation to prioritize themselves and their health 🙏🏽
