#liminal -ity.

Editing a drink pic to share to close ones made for an accidentally liminal-vibe pic when cropped, which—with the recent discovery of @liminalmoods and less recent reflections on recommended Minecraft "liminal space"-themed posts—sparked a post idea. Found other liminal pics/vids along wiith some less liminal but more transitional-oriented or overlap ones:

an escalator system underway like a stairway to a portal; a hoopoe navigating abrupt changes in landscape from pavement to soil; cats taking afternoon naps in gardened plots; parrots perching on piping/wiring; sensations of a previous time in less-used buildings of a long-standing institution; a classic; a curvily-styled gem of a car in an ever-filling sea of uninteresting, repetitive, pointily-styled cars; sunsets that are nature's reminder to switch to rest mode and prepare for tomorrow's "new chance given every day" (shoutout Avi K.); various birds moving around (and possibly living in) an under-construction area; a Pink Panther plushie as another blast from the past; a pic of a street showing LED and sodium/warmer/softer lamps showing older infrastructure mixed with newer; a find in my storage of a video game that likely contributed a lot to assimilating culture into me; a liminal-looking T-junction street that is somewhat mind-bending in its distance-depth due to height cline; frog in a gardenscape; and lastly, the pic that catalyzed the formulation of this post. by @levertrough

Summer visit flora pt. 2; gaîa; and throwbacks.

Hasta luego to the inspiring greenery on vast plains; the dumbfounding watershed through the driest of terrain; the valley-forest-riverscapes; the sparkly, charcoal rock that's all over the place; the moss, the noise, and the songs of birds; the niche glaciers glistening in the summer sun; the inspiring, humbling, regal mountains; the monsoon climate; the different, older transportation as the norm; the in-line, slanting eucalyptus (just learned they're invasive/intro'ed while writing this) backdrop overlooking the village beyond the stream; and the raw noise of an I.C.E and the captivation of of a manual tranny.

Lastly, see you again, summer. by @levertrough
