WOW WOW WOW! Here’s a sneak peak!! Enjoy this trailer!

Friday July 17th, 2026 was the most special night of my entire life. It was a perfect night. I was able to marry my best friend. Not only that, but I’ve never felt so loved. I think I gave/received like 1000 hugs and just felt so much Joy. From watching my beautiful bride walk down the aisle, to hearing her perfect vows, to eating an amazing dinner, hearing @luke.jacobs27 and @hannbananaa_ give amazing maid of honor and best man speeches, to a perfect cake cutting, to then going absolutely crazy on the dance floor!

So much goes into a day like this, and I often was on the side of we should have just got married in the courthouse and ran off and spent that money elsewhere. But it’s the moments like these that are priceless. The conversations/experiences I had with Olivia, my parents, friends and other family because of this day has brought us all so much closer. I wish everyone there lived in Columbus and we could run it back next weekend! I guess it’s just going to have to be someone else’s turn! I vote @ryanridener10

Above all, this day was not only a reflection of Olivia and I’s love for eachother, but also a reflection of the PERFECT, unconditionally loving God who brought us together! IM SO EXCITED TO SHOW YALL THE FULL VIDEO!!!! COMING SOON!!!

25/50… Halfway there!

I get emotional talking about this because a year ago, I was asking my mom to send me money because I didn’t have enough in my bank account.

I remember sitting in my car dreaming about a life that felt so far away. I envisioned helping people buy homes, building a business I was proud of, creating opportunities for others, and making an impact. I had big dreams, but if I’m honest, I don’t think I could have imagined this.

Not because of the numbers.

Because of the people.

The business owners I’ve gotten to learn from. The clients who trusted a young Realtor with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. The investors who became friends. The conversations at kitchen tables. The phone calls celebrating accepted offers. The hugs at closing tables. The stories I’ve been invited into.

I know what it felt like to wonder if this would ever work. To question if I was good enough. To compare myself to people years ahead of me. To look at a bank account that didn’t reflect the dream God had put in my heart.

And now, halfway through the year, reality has been even greater than my imagination.

I genuinely love this industry because I genuinely love people. I love hearing someone’s story, understanding what matters to them, solving problems, and walking alongside them during some of the biggest moments of their lives.

At the beginning of this year, I set a goal to help 50 families buy or sell a home. People told me it was unrealistic. Halfway through the year, we’re at 35.

And if we hit 50, we’re doing a giveaway to celebrate every single person who helped make it possible, clients, friends, referrals, supporters, everyone who’s been a part of this journey. More details to come. 👀

If you’re in a season where the dream still feels impossible, keep going. You have no idea what God can do with consistency, faith, and a willingness to serve people well.

And above all else, I give all of the credit to Jesus. The scoreboard is cool, but the relationships are everything.

Thank you to every client, friend, mentor, and supporter who’s trusted me along the way.

We’re just getting started.

Recent thoughts:

I feel like I’ve dealt with people rooting against me for most of my life, high school, college, after college, and now in real estate. No matter what stage I’m in, there always seems to be someone with something negative to say.

For a long time, I let that get to me. I carried a chip on my shoulder and felt like I had to prove people wrong.

Then one day, someone who barely knew me said something I haven’t forgotten:

“God’s hand is covering that chip on your shoulder. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone. He’s got you.”

This was a random person who said this to me. Literally knew nothing about me, but felt the need to say it over me. CRAZY

I still think about this when I feel like I’m being tested. No matter what you do, someone will always have an opinion.

What I don’t understand is why people feel the need to compete with or tear down others. I believe in abundance. There’s enough success and opportunity to go around. Someone else doing well doesn’t take anything away from me.

I want to see people succeed and be happy. I just don’t understand why everyone doesn’t feel the same way.

But I’m learning that I don’t need to figure it out. I don’t need to respond to every comment, defend myself to everyone, or prove anyone wrong. I just need to stay focused, keep doing what I believe is right, and trust God with the rest.

I did not post this as a feel bad for me post. It’s simply to let all the other people out there who have a chip on their shoulder know that God’s hand is over your shoulder. He’s got you covered.

I found a letter I wrote to myself almost exactly one year ago.

Honestly, I had forgotten it even existed.

As I started reading it, It brought me back to the feelings I had that night. I remember it vividly. I couldn’t sleep that night. So I went downstairs and just started writing and talking to God. I remembered the anxiety I had felt during that time. Genuinely not knowing how I was going to pay my bills and wondering if I had completely misread what God was calling me to do.

This letter wasn’t written by someone who was confident that day. It was written by someone who was scared. Someone who felt like he didn’t belong in real estate.

In the letter I stated:

“Am I built for this”

That was a genuine prayer. I wasn’t asking God for success. I just wanted to know If I was walking where He wanted me to walk.

I even wrote that I was afraid real estate had become an idol (Which it was). Looking back now, I realize God didn’t answer my prayer by making life easier. He answered it by giving me the strength to keep showing up and giving me the thick skin and go to war mentality I needed.

Fast forward one year..

I’ve been blessed to help clients buy and sell nearly $10 million in real estate. I’ve completed three successful flips, have two more under contract to sell, one more under construction, and another $3 million in sales under contract.

But those numbers aren’t what made me emotional. What made me emotional was remembering that scared 22 year old who genuinely thought he might fail. I teared up reading this letter a year later because It confirmed again that God has been by side throughout all of this.

If I could sit beside that version of myself today, I wouldn’t tell him about the sales or the flips. I’d simply tell him, “Don’t quit. God hasn’t forgotten you. He’s writing a story you just can’t see yet.”

The testimony is that God was just as faithful when I had $518 in my bank account as He is today. I just couldn’t see it yet. Like I said in the letter. Real estate is my profession. Serving Jesus is my purpose. As long as He wants me here, I’ll keep using this platform to glorify Him.

Another crazy, awesome month.

Every month stretches me, and every month I grow into it.

This one had its ups and downs. A few deals that were supposed to close got pushed or fell out, but that’s the game. We’re still on pace for 54 deals this year, and we’re just getting started.

What I love most isn’t even the numbers, it’s the growth. My capacity is expanding. My systems are getting sharper. My conversations are getting stronger. My network is leveling up. Negotiations feel smoother. Problem-solving is becoming second nature.

I’m getting more tapped into this market every single month and becoming a better operator because of it.

Grateful, hungry, focused.

What a month.

I thought last month stretched me… this one took it even further. Every single deal had problems. Nothing came easy. No smooth transactions just constant problem solving, creativity, and urgency.

And honestly, that’s what made it so valuable.

This month showed me I belong in this business. I’m not just here to “do deals”. I’m here to figure things out, to create solutions, and to go above and beyond for my clients no matter what it takes.

If there’s a way to get a deal done… I’m going to find it.

I love this industry. I can see the vision clearly… 50 homes this year isn’t just talk.

If you’ve ever thought about buying, selling, or investing… you’re doing yourself a disservice not at least having a conversation with me.

There are thousands of realtors, but I truly believe a lot of these deals don’t get done without the level of effort and creativity we brought to the table.

Grateful. Thankful. And just getting started.
