A few photos from my recent visit to @teatroallascala in Milano, the world-famous premier Italian opera house. As a longtime opera and classical music appreciator and hobbyist, I had a wonderful time on the extensive museum tour and at the final show before La Scala’s summer break: Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, featuring Boris Pinkhasovich as Enrico, Rosa Feola as Lucia, Piero Pretti as Edgardo and others, directed by Yannis Kokkos.A superb production, top vocal talent and a splendid performance by the magnificent Teatro alla Scala Orchestra conducted by Speranza Scappucci. A perfect visit at the @profondorossostore_official founded in 1989 by Dario Argento and Luigi Cozzi in Rome - met signor @luigi.cozzi.official and he kindly signed a book on Italian #giallo movies for me.
