A woman should never have to fear the man. A child should never have to grow up without a mother because of violence. No one should go through that.

Every day, women and children in South Africa are losing their lives at the hands of men.

This is not love.

This is violence. And it has to stop.

To the men: you do not have to raise your hand to prove your strength. Real strength is knowing how to walk away. Real strength is controlling your actions, seeking help when you are angry, and choosing not to destroy another person’s life.
