We want to take this moment to shout out @delta for this booking last year and affirming Around the World with Levi 🌏
From multiple folks, we've heard that this ad has been spotted in airports all over the country: Boston, Atlanta, and most recently, Minnesota.

As Levi gets ready to end school next week, we'll be posting insider moments on our family Patreon and Levi's YouTube about experiences such as this amidst our nomadic journey...like how he shot this at LAX on an actual plane, no makeshift set!

Thank God that blessings continue to pour in although our current circumstances may not lead to that perception.

May this be a reminder to stay focused on your goals, despite what it looks like, especially when you're assured of the benefits you'll reap. Continue to let us know where you spot Levi next!

Access to reliable child care has made it possible for the Smocks family to balance parenthood while continuing to pursue their passions and serve their community 💛

Head Start provided an early learning foundation for their oldest son, Levi, that his mother, Bri, continues to build upon through homeschooling. Now, with their youngest son, Sage, also benefiting from Head Start (@lacoeheadstart) , and additional support through Crystal Stairs (@crystalstairsla) and their family caregiver, Gia, the Smocks family has been able to create a support system that helps them pursue their goals while giving their children proper attention and care.

🎬 Stay tuned to your timelines tomorrow for a new episode of Building Golden Beginnings featuring the Smocks family, as we recognize Arri Remembrance Day in loving memory of their son, Arri 🧸

Hear from dad Art Smocks as he shares his thoughts on the importance of child care and having a community.

Crowdfunding asks people to believe in something before they can see it. Many of you showed interest in what we’re building, decided it was worth making, and put your pledge behind it. That means so much to this team.

Levi&Toonk, the Animated Series is still moving forward!

This campaign showed us who’s paying attention, what people connected with, and that there is an audience for this kind of work. It also gave us new material to carry into the next stage of development: four Animated Readings that communicate the vision of the series, new collaborators, a growing community around the project, and a much stronger foundation for our pitch.

Now we take everything we learned and keep building.

Whether you pledged, followed, shared, watched, or simply told somebody about the project:

Thank you.

They say there’s no appetite for Black-centered animation? Did we miss something? We’re already proving them wrong.

We're at over 50% towards our goal and only need 80% of it funded for the green light. Join us.

Levi has an announcement.

He's coming for every children's book author out there, and he's not stopping at the page. The books are done. Now we're building the animated series.

@leviandtoonk follows one curious kid and Toonk, the voice inside him that helps him make sense of big feelings. It's a show that centers kids of color and grows up right alongside them. Two collections are already complete, and we're funding the first four animated episodes to prove this belongs on screens everywhere.

We're on @seedandspark with 22 days to reach our goal, and every pledge moves us closer. Grab a book, land your name in the pitch deck, or claim a custom illustration. Whatever you give, you become part of the story.

The empire starts now. The link is in our bio.
