I would like to thank everyone for their lovely birthday messages, cards and presents 😇 I am so grateful to have amazing people in my life!

I have ALWAYS raced in an endurance event on my birthday so smashing out 20miles on the bike in a spin class tonight was the icing on the cake 🍰

Every second, minute, day and year that I am still able to do what I love makes all the hard work, pain, X-Rays, scans, surgeon and physio appointments worth it ✌️🚴‍♀️ x

What can I say about my day today! Wow! Today I completed the @sarcomastrongny 5km walk/run in a time of 47:58 🎗️

To to be physically able and fit enough to complete this event for the 5th year in a row takes a great deal a lot of work, physio, mobility and rehabilitation training on a daily basis 🏋🦵

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and to @the_muscle_ink for being an inspiration 💪x
