If you are in downtown Denton on the square checking out the Halloween display (or anytime), stop by Ruby Rodeo ( @rubyrodeo_denton ). Excellent drinks as well as excellent food and a great vibe.

Just a few quick highlights from visiting downtown #denton TX for their #halloween displays. Very cool installations that make a great vibe for the season.

Since I missed #tbt yesterday, here's a #fbf from another previous Halloween costume. This one was from a few years ago when I did a Winter Soldier costume. To get some extra mileage out of the jacket, I also used it for the Jason Voorhees I played in the TRAILER for the fan film, "Neon Fear" (which you can see on YouTube). In the movie I play a scientist and not one of the Jasons.

Took @lewmorris out today for his surviving a super tornado anniversary while we were waiting on my phone to get fixed & keeping me chilled out. I for one am glad he's still here with us 🥰 #lifesaverlew 🥰 in so many ways!

So it's the seven year anniversary of getting hit with the Dallas EF3 tornado while in the 89.3 KNON studios (was prepping for a show at the time). Still unreal to think of the damage that happened. The building was so damaged that they had to tear it down. The DJ I told to follow me into the bathroom and I stood in there hearing the windows explode outside the door. The night photos were taken a few minutes after it hit and the daylight ones were from the next morning. You can still find articles regarding the tornado (and it hitting the KNON studio). No one thought a tornado of that strength would have hit so close to the center of Dallas but it did. It was a long and crazy night.

Since we are getting closer to Halloween, I figure the next few #tbt will feature various costumes from over the years. This one is the first version of my custom made pirate outfit. I wore it for a photo shoot with model Tammy Winters (who is also the cover model for the @coilbackband Love is Dead album) with photos taken by Tim Hamilton. It was a fun shoot and I later wore the outfit to Walt Disney World for a Halloween party.

Had a blast bringing @coilbackband to the @batcityscaregrounds in Austin, TX last night. Always love playing horror venues. The crowds are always so much fun. We hope everyone enjoyed hanging with us and seeing our dual bass assault with the help of Josh Hedrick !!! Special shout out to Jeff Mount for not only assisting with helping us get ready, but out of nowhere, we ran into on the way home (along with @tripdaisyofcl in tow). What's the chances, ha? Looking forward to resting and getting ready to writing some new stuff for you all soon! Thank you as well to our friends Corey Trahan and Sarah Webb for always being so welcoming.

Thank you to @batcityscaregrounds and everyone who came out to hang with us for our extended set. We love every time we come to the Austin, TX area and this time was no exception. We really had fun on one of the tallest stages we've ever been on (gave us a great view of the whole place). We hope you all had a scary good time and look forward to seeing you all again! Special thanks to Josh Hedrick for coming out with us to help us with a dual bass assault!
