I am proud to announce that I am the new Head Basketball Coach of the Meyzeek Middle School Girls Basketball Program.

I thank God for the journey! My heart is so joyful that He chose me to lead these girls. As much as I tried to fight it, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I can’t wait to see how much they grow as students, athletes, and most importantly, people, (and I grow in patience 🙃) as our quest to excellence begins!

This evolution to womanhood is one of the toughest things I’m mentally having to endure. It’s been understanding that my evolution to womanhood isn’t genetically engineering the divine makeup of me. No—instead, it’s simply letting myself grow into the polished woman God called me to be. So, yes, womanhood you have permission to refine me, but not define me. #CheersToANewYear #CheersToANewDecade #CheersToBecoming #LexiWithTheDegree #LoveLexi taken in Northern Kentucky University by @lex.green22

Dear self: Lay your burdens on the cross. Sit at His feet. Be patient. Be quiet. Be still. And listen... #FixItJesus "..we are healed by the punishment he suffered, made whole by the blows he received." (Isaiah 52:5) by @lex.green22
