1 year ago Today 3/7/24, my entire life felt like it had crumbled out from under my feet, and days later I was nearly Lifeless. It was a Journey that has led me to bigger and better things, a blessing in disguise. I cannot think God enough, for my life, everyday. It becomes realistic, when it’s nearly taken, it’s never considered before that experience. A year ago today, I was in a hospital bed still praising a God through Any and all storm that came my way, only days later blaming him when I couldn’t hold my head up, or day 15 of not eating. Job 2:1, “You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?”, I have used this verse from then on, when I find myself questioning, after long days that still linger that journey, the things that still make it a journey, and the fact it will never actually be over. I am beyond thankful For my mom and dad and the days they stayed up and watched over me, went and got whatever I needed, and continued to push thru even on sleepless nights, it was noticed and I am beyond blessed to have parents like you, your prayers echoed the hallways and God received and answered. The amount of things that happened in those 4 walls, only explained by One thing, God. He preformed miracle after miracle, and was never absent. A year ago today my life changed, I stopped playing sports, even now though I believe I’d be capable, it would be a task, but in what I thought was not a blessing, I gained a Job, that I spend most of my time at, I gained people that love and care about me, and 2 ppl that always have a word from God when I need it. There are so many things I found blessings in, I just had to look. Thank You everyone for the prayers and the love, thank you to my doctors and nurses, you are not just people, you are incredible human beings, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of you. Most importantly thank you God, for this life you allowed me to continue and your story I am able to tell. I pray for everyone that sent prayers up to me, u will be blessed, because that is my prayer for you! 💙💛💚 #nutcrackersyndrome taken in Lebonheur Childrens Hospital by @lex_d08

Before anything, I give all Glory and Gratitude to God, 3 months ago, I didn’t think I’d be standing here tonight, even better, standing here with the amount of people who now love and support me!!! God has done incredible things, and he’s the reason I’m standing here today!!! The amount of thanks and praise I want to give him wouldn’t even add up to his unmeasurable blessings!!

Had the best night with the best ppl, forever thankful for the 2 I call mom and dad, beyond blessed!!! So many people are in my corner and love me, that it’s so amazing!!

A lot of my friends tell me, “God knew, I needed you in my life” but I will always believe vise verse, God knew I needed THEM in my life, they have supported me and walked with me as I grew with God and I couldn’t ask for a better group!!! Everyone there tonight holds a special place in my heart!!!

So thankful for the people I spent the fourth with this year!!! Thankful for the ones who served!! Most importantly Thankful for my good Lord above, the reason I was able to sit here tn!!

The 4th will forever and ever be my favorite Holiday, pictures don’t show the half of the fun we had or the people who impacted it!!!
