Thank you for 20+ years of supporting me as I built my career in radio. I loved my job and I loved entertaining you. But today marks a new chapter.

I believe community is everything and I hope you’ll come along with me as we build something new…together.

I have been lifted by your love and trust and I continue to be grateful.

For now, I’m going to take a beat and do something I haven’t done in a long time…sleep past 4:20 am!

Let’s keep in touch!

I made this for my @abohlung walk/run team last August and Google random number picked @tericannon’s! YAY! Love her so much!

Jake, a birthday haiku:

Fortieth year shines.
Sharpest fits and wit, sweet heart,
Cheers to all you are.

Can’t wait to celebrate you in person! Not only are you the best brother, but a best friend (best dad to Hermy and uncle too) ❤️ Love you so much!

Mission: Bring joy, share joy…make cool things and have fun with friends old and new.

That has always been the heart of what I like to do.

August 13, 2016 — the day I finally met @1pennyz in person after planning our first big craft event over email. We hugged, got to work and barely saw each other the rest of the night (see the last 2 pics to see us completely separate HAHA!)

We’ve gotten a lot better at capturing photos together since then, but from day one, we just knew we’d be creating crafty magic again and again.

Fast forward to last night over dinner at Axel’s: we were plotting for Craftcation, my biggest crafting extravaganza yet! An overnight getaway at @doubletreebyhiltonroseville in Roseville and I am SO excited!!!

Penny’s right there with me bringing her signature finesse and event planning expertise — and yes, she’ll be there!

UPDATE: I added a few more tickets, but there are only a handful left! Deadline to sign up is Monday, 11/2!

Grab a spot to join us for this unique getaway of crafting, delicious food and drinks, relaxing and good old-fashioned quality time with friends old and new. Link in bio! by @lexandthecities

More than three years ago, clumps of my hair were coming out in the shower and I honestly didn’t know what to do 🤍

That’s when I started my journey with @thenediamn. Working with their hair loss team over the last 3+ years has made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for the hair — and confidence — they’ve helped me restore. ✨

During my recent visit, I had a Scalp Heath Scan with the beacon scope, which analyzes your scalp in detail so the team can customize a treatment based on your exact needs.

It’s so empowering to have that real-time information plus your scalp feels amazing afterward!

Bonus: your initial scan includes a follow-up re-scan within 3 months so you can track your progress over time.

My biggest takeaways from working with NEDIA:

1️⃣ Scalp health is the foundation of hair growth
2️⃣ Consistency and expert guidance are key
3️⃣ Real restoration takes time, patience, and the right treatment plan

If you’re struggling with hair loss, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone! ❤️
