We’re excited to welcome @lexaniclassics back to ARC for his third year as a mentor! 🎶

Lexani Talionis began his career at 17 with a development deal at Universal Music before transitioning to the business side of the industry through roles at Interscope, Warner Music, and eventually Nettwerk Music Group. Starting in the mailroom, he worked his way up to become Managing Director, overseeing A&R, strategy, operations, and a roster of more than 100 artists.

With over two decades of recording industry, creative marketing, and executive leadership experience, he has helped build the careers of Diamond and multi-Platinum selling artists such as Passenger, Angus & Julia Stone, SYML, Morgan Page, The Paper Kites, Hollow Coves, Wild Rivers, and many more.

“Be yourself, everyone else is already taken”

We’re thrilled to have Lexani back with the ARC mentor team and can’t wait for this year’s participants to learn from his experience. 💜 by @lexaniclassics
