Ro has new leadership!

Meet Annabelle Tiznado, our new General Manager, and Lex Bayardo, our new Bar Manager.

Annabelle began her journey with Irish Hospitality Group at The Butterscotch Den, where her natural leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for both guests and team members quickly set her apart. We’re excited to have her leading the next chapter at Ro.

Lex also joins us from The Butterscotch Den, bringing years of bartending experience and a passion for thoughtful cocktails. With Ro’s recent full liquor license, she’s been instrumental in evolving our bar program and creating an even more exciting cocktail experience.

Together, Annabelle and Lex are shaping what’s next for Ro—and we couldn’t be more excited.

✨Cristian Alexis & Adrian Alonso✨My two first best friends, my protectors who gave me twice the love from the minute I was born.
Life has a funny way of reminding you to slow down and enjoy the little things. I’ve been reflecting a lot on the many memories I have thanks to these two and I could write a million books with the stories we came up with in our heads. Playing in the backyard, fishing in creeks, climbing imaginary mountains and defeating every monster….together🤍
Cristian, the most creative, witty, adventurous human being I’ve ever met. Adrian, mister stoic and calm in any storm. Both designed to inspire and for me to follow in every lifetime.

Everything behind this blue door has changed me forever, @thebutterscotchden, I love you 🤍✨

Last night was my last night working at The Den and although I’m sure I’ll be back here and there I wanted to pay homage to a home that has taken care of me from the minute I walked into it. Thank you for holding the shell of a human being I was when I first clocked in and filling my cup in a way I never expected.

Turns out if you combine some caviar, a freezer martini or two, New York’s & baked potatoes, a group of the most talented and multifaceted individuals I’ve ever met, and a couple bubble guns you can really create something magical.✨

My life has taken a lot of loops and turns over the past year but right now, right here I can say for the first time in a LONG time I am truly HAPPY✨!

My heart feels centered, my mind clear, my eyes OPEN, and everyday finding more and more peace.

I used to dread waking up and showing up for the world. I felt like I was in the unbearable cycle of trauma, depression, lack of motivation, and anxiety. It felt like I was wearing a thousand pound vest with me everyday. I was not so silently self destructing and my heart and soul felt impossible to rebuild. Things positively turned for me when I stopped drinking over 8 months ago and everyday since then my life has only gotten better. Sobriety is not my identity, but you can’t tell me this shit doesn’t work.

Life is not perfect, it’s layered and complicated in so many ways but everyday it gets more and more incredible…. Baby steps 😉✨

If you’ve known my journey and shared space with me, please know that I will always be grateful for you. I love you 🤍✨

•Thai Chili infused @seedlipdrinks Garden 108 (colored with food grade luster dust for the sparkles)
•Non-Alcoholic Floreal Apertivo @martini
•Lime Super Juice
•Green & Gold Kiwi Oleo Saccharum
•Dehydrated Kiwi, Salt, and Mint water aerated foam

Incredibly honored to have participated in the “Good,Clean Fun!” Competition held by my home bar of @thebutterscotchden.

When someone decides to take a break from drinking, participate in dry January, or completely go sober I’ve often overheard the expression “You’re not the fun one anymore!” When crafting this cocktail, I kept hearing that phrase in my head which made me laugh because of the uncanny similarity between mocktails and sobriety.

✨MOCKTAILS SHOULDN’T LACK DEPTH OR COMPLEXITY JUST LIKE HOW SOBER PEOPLE DON’T LACK CREATIVITY AND EXPRESSION💅

Whether you’re sober for a day, taking a breather, shifting your life in a clean and serene way, we are “Still the Fun One”!

The salt foam is a nod to The Den’s adorable traditional of using bubble guns to celebrate all occasions and quite literally one of my favorite parts of the job🫧🫧

Missing Oahu a little more today.

Learning to be patient, move with intention, and setting realistic goals has been a huge point of growth in my journey to a new beginning. I crave the sun, the stillness, the fresh start and warm breeze. Everyday I get closer and closer to home taken in Oahu, Hawaii by @lexbehindthebar
