Thought it was time for a reintroduction

If you’re new here, welcome to my account :)

I wanted to create a space for busy professionals, students and high-achievers to feel seen, and also learn that it is still possible to take care of yourself. You put so much effort into the things that you do, and you deserve to redirect some of that energy toward yourself

Don’t know how? I’m here to show you☺️

First marathon is officially in the books and what a joyful experience it was🥰

when i decided to train for and run a marathon during the beginnings of my first year of law school, i really had no idea what i was getting myself into (running wise and school wise LOL). But somehow, we made it work

Between injuries, getting sick and trying to adjust to a whole new workload, i’d be lying if i said everything went seamlessly. I definitely didn’t and you know what? that’s okay. maybe this is more of a hindsight thing, but there’s a lot of joy and good learning that comes out of the process of “idk how, but i’ll figure out how to make it work”

And i think that’s why I love running ☺️

alrighty, that’s all from me today xo

PS — couldn’t have done this without my GOAT physio and bf @nathannyu for figuring out why the hell my calf HATED me. actual saved me for this race, and reaffirmed that nerve tension is something I really gotta manage better in the future

I’m finally getting to try something I’ve been wanting to do for a while — working with a personal trainer!

Despite my own background as a trainer, I know there’s so much more to learn, especially about strength and conditioning.

I’m excited to be pushing myself harder in the gym, learning some new exercises, and hopefully, improving my own athleticism ☺️

Thank you @fitnessworldcanada @trainbyfw for making this possible!
