Trying something completely outside my usual workout routine ✨

I recently took my first BodyRok class in Roswell after @lexi.byrd invited me to join one of her classes while she was finishing her instructor certification. I’m definitely more of a solo gym workout person, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about a group fitness class, but I ended up loving it!

BodyRok is a Pilates-inspired, full-body workout using Megaformer-style machines, and there were plenty of modifications to make the exercises work for my fitness level. I especially appreciated having Lexi demo the movements and help with form throughout class.

If you’re in Roswell or the Atlanta area and looking for a new workout to try, maybe this is your sign to shake up your routine! ✨
