Our little firecracker couldn’t wait any longer! 🧨💙 Crew Alexander joined us yesterday, despite us trying to convince him to wait a little longer.

He will continue to grow and develop in the NICU before he is ready to come home. He’s a true miracle baby- born right at 32 weeks and breathing on his own 💪🏼 We are all so in love with him. Continued prayers as we navigate these next several weeks. taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @lexi.mcquinn

I never really knew gender disappointment was a thing until I went through it. I thought I was for sure going to be a girl mama and do all the “girl mom things”, but God had a better plan for me. Being a boy mama is the absolute best, something you just can’t begin to put into words. 🫶🏼

I’ve learned that taking care of myself is what allows me to do more. To work hard. Move my body. Keep up with my kids. Be present. Show up as the best version of myself.

Recovery has become just as important to me, and @klasanctuary has made it something I look forward to. Sauna, cold plunge, soaking, slowing down… all with a purpose.

I do this, so I can do all of that 🤎
