POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you would have told me a few years ago that I’d be standing here today, holding the keys to my own home, I probably would have smiled and said, “One day.”

Because for a long time, I imagined this chapter happening differently.

I thought certain things needed to happen first. I thought I had to have certain pieces of my life in place before I could have the life I was praying for.

But God had already written a different story.

And this year, what started as a prayer became a search. The search became a contract. The contract became inspections, paperwork, underwriting, waiting, unexpected turns, more waiting, and a whole lot of praying.

There were moments I questioned whether everything would actually come together.

But every time I thought, “How is this going to work?” God would make another way.

And now, after all the phone calls, emails, signatures, numbers, decisions, waiting, praying, and trusting…

I have keys. 🥹🔑🏡

This home is so much more than a purchase.

It represents every sacrifice I made that nobody saw.

It represents the years I spent working, growing, raising Ethan, figuring life out, and doing what needed to be done even when I didn’t have all the answers.

It represents prayers I whispered when I didn’t know when or even how God was going to answer them.

Cheers to the The House God Built. 🏡🤎
