Same soul, different habits. Same passion, different discipline. Same heart, new found love for myself. 🫶🏼 And not just because of the way I look, but because of who I have become in the process. 🙏🏻 by @lexibowler

When progress feels slow and nonexistent until one day it’s not!🙏🏻 I hug my past self and thank her for showing up on the hard days. I hug my past self for prioritizing myself even when I felt like progress was slow. Because little by little it does pay off, and the hard work and discipline all becomes worth it!! Keep going 📢🔥 @ mypastself by @lexibowler
