I am SOO excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my softball and academic career at Colorado School of Mines. First and foremost, I want to thank God for His guidance, strength, and countless blessings throughout this journey. I know none of this would have been possible without His plan for my life.

To my parents and family, thank you for every sacrifice, every mile traveled, every early morning, every late night, and for always believing in me. Your love and support have made this dream possible, and I am forever grateful.

I want to give a special thank you to Coach Pete Soliz, Coach Allie Smith, Coach Ginger Rundell, Coach John Meyers, Coach Tricia Wilson, Coach Kacie Visina, Coach Jake Bryan and so many other coaches that have largely impacted my journey. Thank you to all of my teammates, instructors, and mentors who have challenged me, encouraged me, and helped me grow both on and off the field. Every lesson and every opportunity has helped shape me into the player and person I am today.

A special thank you to Coach Tobin Echo-Hawk for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to become part of such an incredible program. I cannot wait to compete alongside my future teammates while pursuing an outstanding education at one of the nation’s top engineering universities.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Go Orediggers! by @lexie.landers
