POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After four years of writing, revising, and editing, I’ve finally published this book. I’ve been working on it so long that it didn’t feel possible that I could get to the point of calling myself a published author. 13 years ago I lost a mom, and 13 years ago I began to rely on writing to get me through it. Every story I write is inspired by a sliver of her cherished life. I hope she is happy from above, and I hope this book can help anybody who’s grieving— even in diminutive ways. “The Flower Shop” is available on the Barnes and Noble website under my name, Alexa Joy. Thank you to all who helped me get here!
