Lexi, where are you?

Maybe the answer was in the same place butterflies begin.

I suppose that’s why I’ve been so fascinated by butterflies.

Not because they are pretty and fly so beautifully but because they remind me that growth happens quietly before it becomes something beautiful.

I felt like I was standing still for a bit. But like a butterfly in its chrysalis, I was growing. I was becoming. I was discovering I had wings already.

Learning to understand myself more, understand the world better, love deeper, notice the people that make me lighter, choose a life that feels intentional.

Now, I’m finally allowing myself to fly.

Have you ever imagined standing in front of the ocean with someone?

You invite this person there, you said “We should go there.” But when you finally arrive, you both become quiet.

No words. No questions.

But you are there. In that moment you once imagined sharing with someone. You just watch the ocean. Not because it is magical like fireworks. Even is it that beautiful ? Just because of the simple movement of something whose beginning and end is unknown.

And the person you invited. She’s here, not to talk, but just to be.

Both of you stay silent.

And no one asks why.
