2 years ago Luke was called home. Today, I’m thinking about all of my favorite things about him (I could go on for literal years but I’ll shorten it for the gram.)

He loved the mountains. He could find adventure in the most ordinary moments. His smirk was contagious, and his heart was so big that you had to know him closely to truly understand it. He had the funniest comebacks—most of the time without even trying. He was unapologetically himself and never felt the need to be anyone else.

He adored our dogs, especially Brody Boo! 🤍 He was one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever known. He had a way of making even the most boring situations fun but would also be the calm in the face of a storm somehow. He had steadfast faith in hellacious circumstances.

I thank God every day for making me his sister. 21 years of memories I’ll hold close to my heart until I can hug him again.

I miss you the most, Luke. 🤍 by @lexikump
