had the best time last week at @montereybeachhotel!

some of my highlights:
🌅 the most incredible beach sunrises and sunsets
🍷 wine at the fire pit with oceanfront views
🧊 lots of time spent in the sauna + cold plunging
🍔 multiple meals at The Lantern Room (the main restaurant at MBH)
💤 getting 8+ hours of sleep every night and getting to sleep in
🛍️ shopping and getting to explore both Monterey and Carmel (just 10-15 minutes away!)

feeling so relaxed and ready to wrap up 2025 with lots of lab reviews and client calls, family time, and preparation + goal setting for the year ahead!
