since here we’re here now… by @lexlists

I have news to share… 🏠

I’m SO excited to announce that I’m making the transition into full-time sales, joining the Katie Marino Team as a PA REALTOR® at Compass.

I’ve spent the past 5+ years working in real estate at Compass in roles that have completely shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most talented agents and leaders in the business, with a front-row seat to changing markets, creative strategy, problem-solving, and all the little things in between that make for an unforgettable real estate experience.

So while the title is new, the work isn’t. And there’s absolutely no one else I’d rather take this step with than Katie and all of my incredible colleagues at Compass.

Whether it’s a new chapter or a new address, change is good. If you’re reading this and have been waiting for a sign to make a move, maybe this is it. Life is too short not to go for the thing you can’t stop thinking about.

💛 follow along at @lexlists and call me if you need me!

Everyone’s talking about interest rates, but can we also talk about the opportunity right now? 👻

Less competition means more room to negotiate price, inspections, and terms that work for YOU.

And while everyone’s waiting for spring, you could be finding your dream home without competing against 10 other offers.

Just something to think about. 🎃

@be_wellfed 🥗 if you know, you know.

Chef-made meals, a new menu every week + everything made in-house. Order delivery or stop into Willow Grove or Northern Liberties locations to pick up in store. OR pop in for lunch like I did to grab a coffee and wrap to go! 💃🏻
