Sunday’s are my fav day of the week, but Mondays definitely set the tone tone.

I try to have a routine everyday because it keeps my mental healthy.

First thing: wake up and make my bed.

Second: meditate and pray at my altar.

Third: 2 mile walk and workout.

Fourth: lunch from @whatsyourgusto . I got the jalapeño verde ranch bowl but the tahini cucumber feta is my favorite! I eat here like 2 or 3 times a week. Oh yeah get spicy chicken and half and half.

Fifth: I try to get fresh flowers once a week. I went to @traderjoes per my nieces recommendation. The flowers are affordable and so pretty!

Sixth: change out my flowers while listening to Mary j Blige.

Hey y’all so this is my fifteen days after #juneteenth weekend.

First thing: Do my hair. A bun is a simple go to when you don’t know how to do your hair. It took me three attempts and patience to get it perfect. Pro tip: use @got2b spray and your hair won’t budge.

Did my makeup. No foundation is touching my @revlon colorstay it’s my holy grail.

First stop: Went to @viewsbaratl which is owned by Dee from Detroit. It was Dee’s birthday and honestly the service there was top notch my food was good as hell. The waitresses are cute and attentive.

Next thing, Sada baby was there and i screamed every lyric to songs even though on my story i didn’t know some words but whatever.

Next day: went to @thevortexatl (Moreland location is my fav). sat at the bar while i talked to a white guy about solar panels and “free energy”. I ate chicken rolls and funnel cake fries. I love both of those things and eat them all the time.

Next, rode on the bike with a man that wants to be my man.

Next, went to the hood ( east side Decatur) which I’ve never been there to look at fire works.

The end.

AINT NOTHIN GOIN ON BUT THE RENT. I will never see another popcorn ceiling or yellow wall in this lifetime.

I look tired as hell in this mini vloggy thingy but I moved into a new place that I absolutely love.

Moving was a pure reminder that with elevation and moving forwards comes great grief. Grieve. Cry if you have to but you must move forward.
