Just launched my new mix series on YouTube … and what better way to kick it off that my recent DJ set recorded live at @528ibiza on @ibizaclubnews stage at the FUSE x Brunch Electronik party.

It’s been a lot of fun playing at 528 this summer. I’m grateful to be back sharing music I love on the island that’s shaped so much of my journey.

In all honesty After a few years of playing it safe, this summer’s felt like a reset. I see now that I’d stopped backing myself.

But being back on the island, behind the decks, doing what I love… it’s been a breath of fresh air. Feels like I’m finding my way back to me.

The music game is full of highs & lows. Progress is not a straight line. Still a long road ahead, but I’m building again. it feels good, I’m here for it, and I’m grateful you’re here for the ride

Back at 528 tomorrow, 2nd & also 16th of this month at the Pikes Presents party for @ibizaclubnews.

Still buzzing from two unforgettable sets at 528 Ibiza this weekend.

There’s always chatter about how the island is changing… but @528ibiza feels like the real Ibiza to me... sunshine, daytime dancing, minimal phones, killer music, and a crowd that’s actually there for the vibe.

I’ve been coming to the island for years, but to be playing on @ibizaclubnews stage at @kalukimusikofficial & @fuse.london X @brunchbcn this one felt different. I’m full of gratitude to be able to do this 🕺🏽🙏🏻🚀

For those who don’t know, behind the scenes, it’s been a bit of a journey. Like many, Covid paused everything. Becoming a dad shifted my whole world (in the best way). But with that came doubt. Imposter syndrome. Less music. Fewer gigs.

So stepping back behind the decks at a place like 528 wasn’t just a booking... it was a reminder of why I do this. DJing isn’t just something I do… it’s who I am.

For anyone who needs to hear this, if your mind is playing tricks & you’re doubting yourself, keep going, moving forward, take baby steps, and you’ll find a way.

Oh... and if you’re heading to Pacha VIP, heads up: they don’t let blokes backstage in shorts. I had to cop a pair of trousers from the gift shop just to hang with the legend @djrogersanchez 😅

Big thanks to my good pal @ian.r.kennedy for the hospitality & @ibizaclubnews for backing me.

Other highlights include finally meeting @piratecopy, caught a bit of @allendes, daily swim sessions (this is my hack to stay grounded!) and I got a chance to head down to the almighty UNVSE for the first time, for a bit of @carlcoxofficial birthday action before heading straight to the airport 🥴

Massive love to everyone who came down.. I needed that 🙏 Next stop, I’m playing at Cafe Mambo on Friday.

Went to 51st State this weekend. New venue but still with the same house music energy.

so many memories came flooding back…

I’ve been blessed to play there a few times over the years, to meet some of the cats who have influenced my musical journey and be part of some brilliant moments.

This year I was back in the crowd. Really cool to catch up with some friends & see so many smiling faces enjoying quality music…

I left feeling grateful… and with plenty of motivation to get back in the studio.

RIP William Orbit.

Most people will rightly talk about Ray of Light, Pure Shores and his work with Blur. but before all that, he had this quality early-90s UK club moment with Bassomatic.

Fascinating Rhythm sits somewhere between house, rave and psychedelic pop… and it still has that magic.

Still buzzing from last week in Cape Town.

I had the honour of being the guest speaker at Bridges For Music @bridges.academy in Cape Town, an incredible organisation empowering young creatives from under-served communities through music, wellness and entrepreneurship.

I sat down with the legend @fundi_mbambani for a 90-minute session. We talked everything from my early days producing at Radio 1, to my journey as a DJ/producer, and launching OpenDAW songwriting camps.

We got deep into it…imposter syndrome (been there, got the t-shirt), the power of nurturing a positive mindset, creative strategies, and how to stay authentic in an industry that can pull you in every direction.

The work Bridges are doing is seriously inspiring… and a powerful reminder of music’s ability to create real change.

Touchdown Ibiza! I had serious PTSD after the flight cancellation of a few weeks ago. Could finally relax when I was actually on the plane!
