Somebody’s Auntie 💦🌴🤪

And that means a lot to me 💚 I want my nieces to see that life is worth living. There is so much sadness and low vibrational energy on the planet right now, it’s easy to feel defeated and overwhelmed… most days seem to come with some sort of tragedy these days. Love is the answer. Love yourself 💝, Love the Earth 🌏 Love those around you 🫂
Love is the energy through which we can transmute this pain.

We think of love as a big grandiose gesture, but it’s starts small, it’s starts with attention. Slow down enough to pay attention to the “small” things like that ache in your neck or the shallowness of your breath.

We can heal the world when we heal ourselves, and we can heal ourselves when we love ourselves. Love is the answer 💗

You have a life worth living. Remember that 🫶🏾

This didn’t come easy. 🐦‍🔥 🍂 Keep going, it gets better ✨

There’s real hard work behind these manifestations. In real life there are ugly tears; confrontations; sleepless nights; uncertainty and overthinking; meditations; prayers; spiritual activations; leaps of faith; being scared and doing it anyway; Life & Death. Friends that aren’t friends anymore.

I know what it’s like to feel like the trials will last forever, but nothing lasts forever. The clouds will break 🌩️ The sun will shine 🌞, and The tide will turn 🌊

Be present with yourself through it all. Give yourself grace, but most importantly, be prepared for everything to go your way. Know how to flow instead of fight 🍃 Have forgiveness in your heart, & Love ardently, starting with yourself ❤️

It won’t be easy, but you’ll make it look sexy 😜⚡️

I’m ready for something different. Thought it was final, but is the arrival. With light in my soul, I’m ready to go 🪬✨It’s time to go.

Double Tap If You’re an Outside Kid 🌴

What was your favorite outside activity?
Climbing trees? Riding bikes? Swimming?

I didn’t care what we did 😄 I just wanted to play outside with my friends 🌺 Everyday feels that way @verandahantigua ❤️ This might be my happy place.

An all Black cast acting out a play written and produced by a Black Woman!? You know I’m there ✊🏾

This was the perfect #girlsnightout with my mom❣️
And a nice change of pace from our typical night on the town

It was fun, it was relatable, and it’s coming to a theater near you!!!! Next stop #NJ 😉 Follow @inspire23productions for tour dates and make sure to see the original play before it’s on the big screen. You’ll love the experience 💕

I love seeing MY PEOPLE be great 🙌🏾
