i would like to announce my official commitment to midway university! thank you @midwayuniversityxc_tf for being so supportive and uplifting. i can’t wait to see what amazing things this program will bring!

this was such a big decision, but i’m so happy for the opportunity to grow somewhere else! i want to thank gtown for showing me that believing in myself and going after what i want can lead to so much success. i will always be thankful for that!

words can not describe how blessed i am to be able to complete my first ever college track season fully!! that’s such a crazy thing to say when i’m a junior, but this is honestly one of my greatest accomplishments.

everyday this season i thought about freshman me who never believed in herself or thought she was even capable enough to dream big. that girl always felt like she was never going to make it anywhere in running. it’s insane what giving yourself a chance and trusting your abilities gets you. this season i wanted to make a difference in the way i viewed running!! i’ve put more emphasis on having fun which has brought me so many good things.

sometimes when you feel you aren’t enough, you just have to take a step back and realize that you’re capable of doing things you never thought were possible!! #ladygrrs ♥︎ by @lexus_ralph
