For the last 6 months, I have been a part of a Women in Ministry Leadership cohort, @wiml.collective . It has consisted of monthly group coaching calls, one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and counseling. We’ve dived deep into discovering our core values, who God has created us to be (not just what He’s called us to do), and this has led us to pray through our life statements.

At the beginning of February, our cohort met for Summit. Summit consisted of deep worship, timely words, and time to pray through our life statements. It was a place of reflection and a time to sit in the presence of the Lord while being poured into. My life is forever changed by this experience, and I encourage every woman to do this. You will be empowered and refreshed by your coaches, partners, and cohort members!

Special thank you to Pastor @marioningegneri for chasing after me to be apart of this collective. Dr. @angierichey and @sarahuson for believing in me and calling me higher. The BEST coach @mmbursch for always being an encouraging voice of wisdom and truth.
