I’ve been contemplating how to describe the experience I just had a Passion 2026….i guess I will start by saying that I’ve been following Jesus for a while now and I’ve never quite experienced His presence like this. Seeing 45,000 of my brothers and sisters in my generation surrender in praise to the Lord is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Something the Lord placed on my heart was that many of the people I see every day will never experience what I did these last three days. The joy, peace, and overwhelming presence of God are such a gift I take for granted because I had the honor to grow up in the church. As I have the opportunity to worship I must remember how I got to this point and it’s through those who were brave enough to share Jesus with me! Have the courage to say “Yes, Lord” and go out and share who His is and what He has done! This was the best way to start a new year with new convictions and new conversation starters. (Isaiah 26:8) @passion268 same time next year?

Dear UMHB, Thank you! Words cannot express the love I have for the experiences, life lessons, and friendships you have brought into my life. Four years ago I walked on to this campus as a terrified freshman unsure of what the future would hold. Today I walked across the stage not only as a college graduate but as an entirely new person. Praise Jesus for the growth and change! It’s time for a new adventure but you will always have a place in my heart 💜 💛. Last night I walked into the hospital for the last time as an SN… or student nurse! I will forever be thankful for my time in my purple scrubs 💜 these last two and a half years have taught me so much about what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Not just because of the long hours in lecture or the night shifts but because the Lord tended to and cared for me during the late nights, early mornings, and every tear in between. I have fell in love with caring for those who cannot care for themselves just as I could not care for myself. I am honored to say that the Lord has carried me through this amazing experience! With a bittersweet goodbye I hang up my purple scrubs to start the new chapter the Lord has set before me!
